Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a Data Engineer role.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies.

• Proficient knowledge of distributed computing principles and key architectures, with broad experience across data stores such as Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Synapse Analytics, Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory.

• Solid understanding of landing, staging areas, data cleansing, data profiling, data security, and data architecture concepts (DWH, Data Lake, Delta Lake/Lakehouse, Datamart).

• Strong SQL skills.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment with tools such as Jira.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Relevant data engineering certifications.

• Select, deploy, and manage systems and infrastructure required for data processing pipelines in support of customer requirements.

• Implement ETL pipelines, monitor and maintain data pipeline performance, and optimize data models.

• Work with cutting-edge cloud technologies such as Azure Fabric, Apache Spark, Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory, Cosmos DB, HD Insights, Stream Analytics, and Event Grid.

• Participate in the implementation of data and analytics projects for corporate clients across Europe, the UK, CIS, and the Middle East.
