We are currently looking for a Pricing and Revenue Growth Manager.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue management and pricing strategy development in large-scale businesses.
  • Experience leading a team (direct or indirect management) and readiness to take responsibility for a team of 9 professionals.
  • Languages: English proficiency at B2–C1 level (oral and written communication).
  • Technical skills: strong command of Microsoft Office; practical experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Willingness to visit the head office in Kyiv approximately once every 1–2 months.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage profitability, pricing, and commercial investments.
  • Demand planning and sales analytics in the FMCG sector.
  • Develop pricing strategies for the Cash & Carry channel.
  • Conduct demand analysis, price elasticity and index evaluation, and margin impact assessment.
  • Manage category/brand portfolios with a focus on sales growth.
  • Develop and evaluate promotional activities (ROI, uplift, consumer impact).
  • Translate market trends and data into actionable business solutions.
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, improving efficiency.
  • Pilot new approaches and scale successful practices.
  • Assess business risks and implement mitigation solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and transform insights into business solutions.
