Senior SAP BTP Developer

I represent a Swedish-Ukrainian IT company with over 20 years on the market and 1,100+ experts worldwide and currently we are looking for a Senior SAP BTP Developer to join our engineering team.

The team is expanding its cloud ecosystem and investing in SAP BTP to modernize business applications, strengthen integrations, and streamline key processes. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the technical direction and establishing best practices within the SAP landscape.

The client is a well-established European fashion and lifestyle brand with a multicultural team of over 3,000 employees across more than 30 countries. The IT department is actively driving the company’s digital transformation across retail and E-commerce operations.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP development
• Experience with BTP development or SAP Cloud solutions
• Knowledge of ABAP and web development (JavaScript or TypeScript, or Node.js)
• Experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), OData/REST APIs, and SAP HANA
• Background in system integration and enterprise architecture
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured way
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite
• Experience in building internal developer tools or BTP governance standards
• Previous participation in cloud transformation projects

• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Collaborate with web developers and ABAP engineers to support them in expanding their skills in the BTP environment
• Lead and support the migration and integration of existing systems and applications to the BTP platform
• Define and maintain technical standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices for SAP BTP
• Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions with the wider engineering team
• Analyze and improve business processes using BTP technologies and integrations
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation
