Sales manager B2B

Our client is an international employment agency trusted by leading global brands in logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce. The company is growing rapidly and is looking for a Sales Manager who can open doors to major clients and conduct complex negotiations at the decision-making level.

• Actively acquire new B2B clients — from first contact to contract signing.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with business clients (logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce).
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
• Participate in industry fairs and business events.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to developing the company’s commercial strategy.
  

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales — preferably in logistics, HR outsourcing, recruitment agencies, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in independent client acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills with top-level management.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Independence, persistence, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
